Seward Sparkle - Spreading random acts of connection and community to the Seward neighborhood with sun catchers.

You are invited to our first Seward Sparkle event at Mathews Park on Sunday, September 27th from 1-3pm. You can make your own sun catcher to hide around Seward or give to a sparkly person.

About Seward Sparkle

Early 2026 was a difficult time during operation metro surge. I wanted to do something creative to spread some love throughout my community. I started making mini sun catchers and giving them to people at protests helping neighbors. It brought so much joy to share something light and beautiful during such darkness.

I wanted to continue to share the sparkles and community and the idea of Seward Sparkle was born. I am grateful to have received a grant from the Seward Neighborhood Group to share some sparkles around Seward.
